Stupid question but never used them before- apart from the cellophane, how much of the packaging do I remove before putting in the water..?!! $:-\$

You can clip away the lid and pour it in - but it's fiddly. I punctured the tin and chucked the lot in to save the dye getting everywhere

For some reason they seal the tins so only NASA can get into it

over the sink - gloves on (rubber not woolen

) - you can prise up the edge till there is enough to peel back or you can punture the top in a a V and push in, and then you can shake out - or after the V just drop in the water and stir around

now you haven't said what grips they are ? some dye (just about) and some won't at all
