or Interparcel
I use them for complete bikes, never for a small frame though, bieks are now about £16, dont want to spent that much, be happier with a £10er

the f&f's that i have sent have been 8.49plus vat ish
way more with royal mail

Every f&f I've sent with rm is £12 bubble wrap & cardboard :daumenhoch:

I posted some stuff at the Post Office yesterday and I was shocked at how expensive they were after they put their prices up.  If you are selling stuff on here with postage included, I'd check the new rates or you might be better off giving your stuff away.   :10_2_12:

Try using www.parcel2go.com as they offer pretty good rates. I sent a F&F last week and it was £7.00 insured. They also dont charge for failed pickup or drop off which can be handy.
