DC levers

Does any one know if the dc prebend levers and the dc under bar levers are the same levers just bent a diferent way?

I think the pre bends are a little thinner

looking at them on the chart they loke the same, but as you say just a different bend ? might be wrong

I have a set of each so I can check tomorrow, these are the double bend from the front. I could be thinking of the Weinmann pre bends to be thinner though

Now for my second question.
Do you think if I gently heated an annoed blue double bend lever I could make it into a pre bend without any damage to the colour?

Just checked and they are the same thickness and length  have no idea about the heating and ending route though, might be better to try and get  the one you want

If it's annodised and you try to bend it - it will loose the colour/ fade in colour on the bend, as you bend it

if you are going to re-anno it or paint it - you can bend it slowly - if you are skilled enough

Always used to bend my levers bitd, you have to take it slowly though but they will go (not sure about keeping the colour though).

I used to as well but only the silver ones and ot domake a difference got a red annoed that i will have a go on" if it works i will let house know
