Kuwahara KR 1 reissue ? Photos added

I have been offered a brand new minty Kuwahara KR 1 reissue. Think they were built in 2008 ?. Was just wondering if anybody on here has any idea of what they are worth ?. I cant find any for sale anywhere else to compare to. Are they at all sought after or shunned like the plague like the raleigh burner reissues lol
Anybody else have one ?  :daumenhoch:

i think Gashead has a couple?  i don't think they're worth any more than what they went for back in 2008 which was about £200 f+f i think  ???

These are complete bikes. This is the second one that I have seen here, both exactly the same . Maybe only the frames were available to the uk but Asia Got the option of a complete bike as well. Here is a photo

On another note, I'm selling up ! Keeping a few bikes and outing the rest, Kappy better get a remortgage !  :shocked:

Yep !

They were only ever sold as frame and forks and not complete bikes anywhere !

Knew they had to be completes as I was sure the two I have seen here are the same. I had actually started to go off the idea  when I thought someone had built it up from a frame but Im going to have it now  :daumenhoch:

Take it you mean the KZ-1R released in 2007.
Built for the 25th aniversary of the 1981 KZ-1 in 2006 but not actually completed for retail until 2007.
There was 150 Chrome with Chrome Forks & 100 Black with Chrome Forks.

Finally got the bike home today. The guy I bought it from has a friend who has one too .And I just missed an Exibitionist frame and forks....for £90   :'(
