94 Widowmaker
« on: April 27, 2012, 07:23 AM »
Took me a long time to get one , cruising Ebay back in June 2011 and there it was !

Listing -- http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320711712495

Never though it would become more than a dream .

Anyway here's my Widowmaker story .
How I got it , pic from the listing .

Got the Holmes decals off and put on the repop Widowmaker decals I got from seko on the Museum .

Used most of the parts I got with it except for the fat ass seat , found some 901's and used the JP pedals off my Holmes .
Got the chrome striped off the rims as it was pitted  , hand polished them ( never again ) put them back together .
Here's a pic from the day it got built .

And a couple of small changes , White Ind freewheel and got an OG gaybars decal and some crupi pedals .

And here's some pics from a ride with a mates Holmes .

Hope you guys like it as much as I do  :daumenhoch:

Thanks guys  :)

It is a sweet ride , the DTH tires are excellent for street cruising .
There's not to many things I'd change , maybe the seat and cranks .
I'd love a 3rd or 4th gen set of 175 PA's for it , but the Fusion's are doing the job for now .

Cheers

That looks great. Good job.

Maybe change the seat to something mid 90s, but everything else looks fine.
