Cheers  :daumenhoch:

hot water and fairy liquid , open the grips to run the soap in then move em about , also wd 40 is good , its a barsteward of a job and generally takes a bit of brute force and 10 mins of your time, i run themm under hot water tap to soften the rubber to make them more moveable

30 second job

Push a flat headed screwdriver down between bar and grip.
Squirt of spray oil ( using the free thin straw ) down the grip.
Twist.
Remove.

Boiling water in a pint glass nicked from a boozer - the Yorshire choice ;-D

Leave the end of the bars in for a minute or two and then twist the grip off with some gloves. Cheap as a cheap thing!
Still limping......

Do this but use water, that way you dont have to clean oil off bars or grips.   Use water to get them back on too.

I use a chopstick as it doesn't scratch your bars like a screwdriver would - also less chance of it puncturing the grips.  Hairspray is the ideal solution for fitting the grips - they slide on nicely and get a good hold when it dries.   :daumenhoch:

I use the wooden stirrers out of coffee shops or mcdonalds and wd40. I have torn grips in the past with screwdrivers

Hairspray, for off & on.

Remember reading somewhere that it makes them grip the bars better, dunno if that's true or not.

For putting grips on I always use about 5 cable ties.....put them equally inside the grip, slide that sucka over your bars and then use pliers to rip em out....job done  :daumenhoch:
