Bar ID please

Another bar ID for you lads .......

28" wide with an 8" rise .

Stamped    20 030 on one end 

Came off a survivor Robinson which the lad had from new ..... but we don't think there Robo bars .

The welding looks like brazing to me but i ain't no welding expert

Could be MRD bars going by the style (Star Bar stylee) and the brazing

They're defo MRD Joff, mine are also stamped like that, can't remember what it is off the top of my head and i ain't pulling a grip off to find out.

Nice one appreciate that Joff    I knew you'd repay me eventually for those Kuwi laser bars i let you have after months and months of hounding me. 

And yep they look Expert size.

   How many sets of MRD bars do you need            Steve hasn't got many ..... well 

The laserbars went on ebay Andy , made a handsome profit on those mate        Seriously though Andy there still here ready to go on the laserlite , got all the bits for it just no storage space to keep it once built . I do appreciate you selling them to me and Carl got his Robinson Pro bars out of the deal too    Hopefully i'll have it built for MK


Back to the bars , expert size would tie in too as they were on an expert size Robinson frame

I only own 1 set of MRD bars by the way and i'm not after another set of experts, if they were Pro's that may be a different matter.

Speak to Phil as he has an MRD book with all the serial numbers in it and he will tell you exactly what they are for sure.

  Me too Andy , i don't need to build any bikes for MK as i just spend all the time lifting Mr Fetts goose collection and Carl's Robinsons in and out of the van on the Saturday and Sunday
