hi guys is there one of you wonderful chaps who can tell me what the serial number means on me gt pro the numbers/ letters are P E 01920903 i think the bike is a 92 model from the number but im wondering what the P E stands for cheers fellas

Any pics? I take it it's a race frame.

My 1991 Pro XL is stamped P XL 08912267 (the 08 is Aug, the 91 is 1991, the last four are just serial number). I know that the Elite frame sets were prefixed with XL E.

So yours is a January 1992 frame. No idea what the P E stands for though - other than it's not Elite. Expert?
