hi all,latest build..NOS 85 skyway streetbeat frame forks and mk1 EZ bars all powdercoated black,tuf neck stem,ame grips,dia compe FS880 and 901 calipers,tech4 levers,DC MX seat clamp,redline layback seatpost,dominator seat,sugino chainring and spider,shimano dx pedals,85 skyway tuff2's,tioga comp st tyres,85 dated rear cable,fresh decals:mirror chrome and white(cheers del)....just need another 85 dated rear cable and some black skyway tuff pads to complete,can anyone help out :daumenhoch:

 I would probably be tempted to ditch the tuffs an fit some nice chrome rims. Much better looking and your brakes will work a whole lot better. :daumenhoch:

just need another 85 dated rear cable and some black skyway tuff pads to complete

Nice build!!

If you already have a front 85 DC cable, you can still use this for a pot mod (where you normally need a rear for the extra length).  Just install the front DC cable then use any old outer to extend the length.  The two cables outers just sit together and the join will be inside the headtube.  Impossible to tell it is 2 cables whilst built and the front brake works 100%..

like that idea paul,i have a front dated 85 cable but only a couple of weeks ago binned a black no-named cable,if only i knew of this trick :daumenhoch:
@brummie,still have the orange one mate,would never re-paint that 1,it's spot on,also got a NOS green in a box still to build  ;)
