ive got a few pairs of rims the poor mans me thinks but have stood the test of time good enough for me :daumenhoch:

got a few "black box" rims here which the mates used to rib me about being made of baco foil, but i never had any major issues with them.
didn't find them any different to any other single wall rim (araya 7x's) i used.

only strange thing was the major differences in chrome plating quality between ones i bought from different shops.
one set had good heavy chrome, the other was so light u could still see the rim extrusion marks through it.

are you on about sunringle rims or old sun rims, sunringle are far better than 7x's but 7x's are old school classics
