Does anyone know what cup size I need for the headset, I measured it and I'm not sure whether it would be 32mm or 32,5mm, is the Sport the same? and what size is that?

Cheers

No that crank is bent. You need a 1" headset but make sure it's a bmx one not a racer one. As for some strange reason a bmx one is a different size to a racer one. Even though they are both 1".  :idiot2:

You are best getting a tioga beartrap one as they are good quality. Not that expensive. And they can be found on eBay. They have a toothed locking washer that works reasonably well to stop the headset coming loose. I wouldn't bother with other cheap headsets as they will come loose.  :daumenhoch:

How would it of gotten bent? it's looks like its supposed to be like it, there's no damage or stress marks. Is it supposed to be totally flat?

How do I bend it back?

it was ridden hard that's how it bent! Lol put it in a vice and heat it with a blow torch then tighten the vice till its flat but there not loads of money for a new set!

£23.50 for a new one, which is £23.50 more than I want to spend considering this is yet another thing that wasn't mentioned in the auction. This bike is starting to annoy me.

Fella you got a good deal on that, £50 for a 91 bmx is a good price 1pc are poo anyway I stopped riding with them at about 12 years old, ithink your frame alone is worth the money!

TBH, I'm just thinking about selling this on again, stupid Halifax are adding £90 a month to my mortgage this month, and I don't think I can afford this build. I will wait till I get the decals back from Del, then think about selling the bike with them included.

May still keep it, is it me, or do the dropouts on these look really weak?
