Bar id please, are these skyways??

evening, i purchased an 85 streetbeat frame , forks,spinmaster and some bars(with some nice odi grips), frame and forks are cool but im not sure about the bars, i cant find my tape measure at the moment but they look to high and not wide enough to be EZ bars...any ideas?? many thanks for your super skillz.

thanks mate, you seem to be my skyway saviour at the mo (thanks for the help with the forks)...i was just searching on ebay and saw some Skyway EZ Pro Bars Handlebar Mk 1 on there (£200.00 blimey). ..thanks mate, really appreciate your help.
