Been watching the news about the repopping of Izumi and now it seems they're here. Anyone know what the difference is?

I spoke to this seller who told me that he cannot sell on UK ebay due to a uk supplier being given priority sales from Izumi. They have around a 4 week head start.

Izumi have never stopped making/selling chains and are just re-issuing an old chain. Apparently, there is no difference between them.

Sorry, I mean orignal 80's ones. There has to be way a way of telling them apart, otherwise the bay will be flooded with people trying to make quick buck

The only differences I can see is the link amount on the box, possibly the writing on the inner packaging and the split link being Silver.

If I recall, the stamping on the original 80's weren't IZUMI on every Black link.

YBN and IZUMI are both big manufacturers so I doubt they are made in the same factory
