S&M DB frame , what`s it worth if I decide to sell it ?

I bought this new ( it`s `94 I think ) and never really used it . There`s a couple of marks on the dropouts where the wheels were and the downtube sticker has a couple of small scuffs but apart from that it`s pretty much mint . Any ideas on price anyone ? Thanks for your help .

thats super nice! there was on on ebay that had a starting bid of 80, ended with one bid I think. theres been a few 1" dirtbikes on ebay and they never seem to make more than a ton. But yours is a very nice example, I would ask £130+

94 so it would be a mk2 1in dirtbike frame so anywhere between £100-£150 depending on condition

All those people who are looking for a brake-less 1" dirtbike ..... dont bother waiting. There werent many brakeless dirtbikes made and this one is as nice as they come, esp with those decals on it.


(and please dont get one with brake mounts and cut them off  )

Nice frame, exactly the same as the one i rode in '96. Just over a ton on a good day for that. Had it been a Holmes, I would have been round your house with my bartering head on!

Those decals look like the originals? that's a rarity in itself, most got took off at some stage

Without forks i reckon about 140-150 ish, it'll get snapped up on ere  

What's it's serial number just out of interest?

Thats nice fella, I personally wouldnt sell if its yours from new, you'd regret it, If you do sell then make sure you get the best you can, otherwise regret may kick, I actually prefer the brake mount models of the dirtbike as the 990 brakes offered so much better braking than caliper brankes

Dirtbikes and Holmes came with, and without 990s for a few years.
They were being made in parallel until people stopped wanting the brakeles ones

Since when did collecting bikes mean wanting stuff that works. 1" headsets are awful, and 1" fork always bend. If you want whats "better" then get a modern bike
