Profile external, sexy, loads of colours but not so cheap, or if plain blacks your thang Deity do an external one too but cheap if you shop around, both are 19mm and both use push fit spanish bearings, easy to source and cheap, but you wont be changing em that often though, not like internal euro BB's
Whats the matter Kid, don't ya like clowns? Don't we make you laugh? Aint we fukkin funny?

Wouldn`t think so as the bearings are outside the frame so the bb spindle on twin pinchers is too short.Profiles with a longer spindle & a dedicated outboard spider might be OK depending on what rear hub you use-chainline can be a pain to sort :daumenhoch:

Nah, they are fine, I ran deity on my cruiser and profile on my 20", both with std profile crank axles, you just dont use any spacers :daumenhoch:

Pish, wish I'd seen that before I bought another crappy internal one for my OM Flyer.
Oh well, the current one probably won't last long so I'll be able to change it soon :2funny:

i use an affix one on my flatland bike, no bearings just plastic bushes. you dont need a spacer in the centre and you just tighten up the cranks till they feel a little stiff. great to use with a freecoaster as it helps stop the cranks moving while going fakie.
