looking at that lovely holmes again, smashing bike. Enjoyed the challenger parade too. I've never ridden one. What are they like compared to a holmes?

Lighter  :LolLolLolLol:

the holmes is heavier than the challenger but both are identical to ride.  ;)

wonder how a dirtbike rides  ???  that could be the next assignment ::)

oh i love s&m's me :smitten: :smitten:

on the little goes i've had on each i think the holmes is a tad twitchier, seems to want to be thrown about a little more where the challenger forces a straight line, the weight is irrelevent once it movin, feels light as fook once airborne, another lovely bike  :daumenhoch: shame the fookin brake scared the fook outa me in the last berm again  :LolLolLolLol:

Lighter  :LolLolLolLol:

Diggler's spot on, the Challenger is a lighter version of the Dirtbike or Holmes

They're the same geometry, probably made on the same jigs

Standard Challenger 20.25"tt

Challenger XL 20.75"tt

2 minutes turkish...

Mine are all built up, think the Holmes/Dirtbikes are around 6lbs and Challengers a touch over 5lbs

Forks make the biggest difference, Challenger forks are way lighter than pitchforks

Agree with Daz about the weight, it becomes irrelevent once it's moving

I'd stick a pair of 36's on my Dirtbike if i was gonna race it, i still haven't rode it...  :-[
