i've found that the valeting suppliers that go round to garages often carry it. Our one where i used to work had it in the toothpaste sized tubes or a whopping great tub.

robert dyas - sainsburys - DIY shops that stock it 

paste for the harder to shift bits and liquid for the softer bits

remember that it effects different surfaces and materials in different ways - so test first
