The guy likes the sound of his own voice as well.  It's an old BMX frame FFS.  That's all we need to know....   :wtf:

Hi,

That was my listing. I had been watching the item and missed it first time. On bidding history it showed someone had placed a straight off bid of £100 - thus all in-between bids do not show. Not sure what you think had happened.

Totally can see your point, I always 'watch' item and bid at end of it all. Bit gutted that other guy says "likes sound of his own voice". Guess can't win with stuff like that. Had posted something today on the forum as wanted some help and just took it down.

Cheers for the reply - was a genuine listing, would not risk my 100% just to try sell something, would rather lose the money.

Hi - yes I had it advertised all over the place. I ended it 4 days early at £150 ish. I had been offered £200 from a guy in Australia but someone offered me the £170.00 it had cost me so honoured the deal...plus shipping over seas never goes well.

Help - was just looking for a GT expert, you will see in the post on this thread from "hmoon27" that someone bought his F&F. That was me. Was looking for an expert who might be able to help me with colours and specs. While typing this though can see he has just mailed me. Cheers for the offer.

Take no notice.  Just banter and a bit of jealousy because I struggle to describe childrens bikes/parts and make them sound interesting.   :-*

Don't do it!  Its like smoking FFS!  The first one and you're fooked for life

Fair play mate, I thought it was a nicely constructed ad!

Where in Leeds are you?

Having spent the entire day researching GT's, I can see you point! Went to bed at 00:30 last night and had to get up as I wanted to see if a guy in the US had replied. Fell asleep dreaming of GT's!! Think it was Steve Costa's '85 Fiola replica that did me in!! As you can imagine our lass was royally f'cked off!!

Live in centre of Leeds - next to Malmaison - do you know it?
