Only just seen this post. I am the Editor of VolksWorld and we obviously put the show on.  I would just like to say cheers to Giles and all those who made the effort to display bikes. I am an OS BMX fan myself and so loved seeing the bikes at the show, as did MANY of the visitors.
I've been into BMX since nipperhood - and have had numerous over the years from Motomags, Supergooses, Redlines, Diamond Back Silver Streak IIs, a VDC, a Haro Frestyler - one of those NOS ones that turned up a few years back at that shop in Lincolnshire or somewhere like that. Here's a link to the Kuwahara KZ-1 I built up from an NOS F&F from OT Cycles in Dartford - it'd been in the loft since '82. I'll be going next weekend - I've been for the last two years.

Some nice pics there of bikes and vw's. I haven't been to the volksworld show for a few years after selling my crew cab bay and losing touch with the vw scene always had a good time there tho. If any ones interested i have some bay window bits left over  from my various buses and a huge collection of vw mags and toys etc i could sell as im having a clear out to fund other things if anyone wants to have a look i will post in the jumble section
