New Build + Kappa

Just put this together as my MK ride this year. Got some little bits to do to finish it but it's looking good so far.

Incase you were wondering it's a Haro Pro XL. It's astonishingly well built and really good for old school racing. Just ask Wolfybmx 





This is the Kappa of mine with my Araya Aeros put on it. Not to sure about it at the moment though, still think chrome or silver rims look better. The crank is going on it tomorrow.

Si, I'm gonna have to disagree with Matt, I'm not keen on the blue with the Kappa. Chrome for the bling look, or black for stealth.

I have to agree with you San. I've been looking at it all day and I just don't like it. I've got a polished set of the same rims so I'll get them made up and put on instead.

Just finished the Haro as well and I have to say I'm well impressed with it. The build quality of the frame is exceptional and should make a great old school racer. I'm looking to get custom decals for it hence none on it at the moment.

I've just managed to source a Robinson Pro XL frame as well so I'll build that up with the current Robinson parts but it'll be painted a different colour. Hmmm, now which colour should it be.

This is spooky, I have a Kappa 20 in candy apple, just built a haro xl for racing and.... finished my Robbison xl 7m's ago.
Ya Kappster looks goooood with blue shoes but mine has Chrome and it looks the dogs, but I was thinking of changing to gold, Cherry and Gold what do ya think?.

P.S. Your Haro looks fan..kin..tastic  .

I was going to sell the K-20 but then decided that I couldn't do such a thing.

I'll put the Alloy Aero rims on as soon as I've had them built up.

I'll then be spoit for choice on what to race won't I.

Liking the Kappa there Mr Stuntman.

The Pro XL I got from Wolfybmx. He has one the same for racing at Hersden. I've only ever seen 3 of them before and I own one and Wolfy owns the other two. Great bikes though and the build quality is a step above any other old school frame I've ever seen.

Having said that it may be for sale soon if my new old school race bike turns out as I hope it will. I'll keep you all posted though.

The blue wheels are coming off the Kappa though as that's getting ready to be sold as well.
