I've been aching a bit after my rather unstylish wipeout on Saturday
Mrs griff has reminded me again of my 'wisdom' in choosing to chuck myself off ramps at my age

still looking forward to the next one though  :D

I've screwed the brake lugs in under the top chainstays at the back ( just where the green turns to chrome ) but what sort of brake do I need?  :)

Those'll be the SEATstays  ;)  :daumenhoch:

Any U brake should do, although sometimes some frames dont like some Ubrakes.

hehe - yes, we all know everything there is to know about 30 year old shite but ask one of us to put a modern brake on a modern bike and our brains start to bleed..

Still loving that frame..

Always like the feel of the oddy evo II's but any U brake will work ed.  proper and fly brakes are your top end and pricey brakes but the humble hombre is about £20 and they work well.

Depends if you want a choice of blingy colours or not?

You setting it up will be funny though  ;D

Nice frame! I'm sure Oddy do a limited edition evo II in a green very close to that if you wanted the brake to match  :daumenhoch:

Edit:

Yep

They do it in chrome too  :daumenhoch:

Sixteen thirty-two. What is that? A year?   No, it's your top score on Pole Position.

Cheers Roberta... was wondering if I needed a clamp on the frame or something to stop the cable?

has it not come with one?  ???

you need to have one so i would double check the box, is there no hole in the frame for a screw in one?

If no hole then i don't know what you can use?  i'd be on the blower!
