My Haro Freestyler 2009

Think it's finished now, although I would like a different seat. This seat is comfy, but doesn't look the part. I have been looking for front forks with AD990 mounts, but have given up now. Did try a AD990 plate but it looks rubbish and seems to judder even though I used cable ties on it. Today I stripped and polished the standard Tektro front brake and put that on with clear pads and it seems to work just as well.

Flesh wall tyres would look nice.

Yeah it does look like a bit too much black on the wheels. Was thinking tans or Rob Whites.

I would go for a dominator repop seat from porkchop. Also a boa front brake. And some tan wall tyres like Robbo said. Also from porkchop. This stuff is out there for reasonable prices.

I would like a boa, but don't want to drill the front forks out to 10mm. A repop Dom will prob be the way to go, tried a repop Viscount Dyna, but didn't like it. My mate had it off me for his 09 Freestyler.

Get a 10mm boa. Strip the shaft out of it after you have measured the bit that fits through the fork. Then take it to an engineering firm and get them to turn it down to 6.5 mm and then thread it 6mm. You then rob the nut and the alloy fork shaped washers from your other brake. 10mm boas are cheap nos!  Engineering shop will charge £10 max for the job. So you get the right brake the right size for a good price.

Look at the size of the ones you have and stick with that........probably so :daumenhoch:mething like 1.85 or 1.95

Probably go with Primo V Monsters, cheaper than importing tyres from America

or just drill out fookin forks to 10mm
