Can't mistake those rear drops Phil. Brazed welds aswell. I'd put a lot of money on that being a brum cruiser.

i just broke of the aluminum seatpost that is in it just above the seatposttube

do i need to drill it out or is there a chemical solution to desolve aluminum?

you can use caustic soda to disolve the alloy but i usually drill them out as it's a long job trying to disolve them
