A'me Dual Repop's
« on: March 03, 2012, 07:07 PM »
Dunno if anybody has done this before, but i've contacted Customer Services @ A'me to ask if they are ever considering reproducing Duals. I was lucky enough to get a set of NOS ones last year and would definately have another set -  should any turn up. ::), but quite happy to use repops till then. ;)
I know a lot of people dislike using repop parts but there are plenty on here that don't mind. :daumenhoch:

Anybody fancy backing me in increasing the demand for them to do this, should they e-mail me back of course? ???

They'll probably just say fook off. :crazy2: :Great_Britain:

I personally have no issue with it......

Genuine gear has become out of reach now unless you have money to burn!

I just can't comprehend the prices stuff now swaps hands for :(

Bru  :daumenhoch:

And if it's a re issue you can put them on your new school, if you have one that is, I also hate the prices nos stuff goes for, but even worse is companies who re issue stuff and then still charge loads for a re-issue, like Kashimax.

I agree Bru, i'm not a fan of hanging around waiting for the correct parts that a :daumenhoch:re gonna clean me out when I can just buy it now on ebay for a fraction of the cost - means I can get my bike built quicker and ride the fooker.

I buy my reissue Kashi's from Japan, £54 posted, not too bad imo. :daumenhoch:

I'd be in for that  :daumenhoch:
I might actually build a bike this year instead of just hoarding parts :)

total bargain, I paid a lot more than that for mine, and subsequently ripped them on their first outing. :'( :-[

Really? You can pick them up [Kashimax seats] from bike shops in Japan for about £50 which is not too bad.  Just avoid the GayBay ripsters and you can pick them up at a reasonable price.

That was my mistake then, looking at the prices from 'GayBay ripsters'  ;)
