Nice frame. You cant really tell much from the photo but its got 990 mounts.
Mk1s never came with brake mounts and its not a mk2 so it looks like its a mk3 Holmes

You wouldn't tell by looking at that but these ride soooooo nicely. It must be a mk3 holmes 990.  Great frames.
