handlebars id please

ive got these bars I aquired with a bike.They look like gt pro bars,theyve been painted and have a gt sticker but im gonna sell em so I thought id try and make sure first.
so can any of you wise people tell me for sure if they are.

don't look like gt pro to me and the size of the crossbar looks to big to be old school. how wide are the bars and how high are they?

the bars are 28 inches end to end and 7.5 inches from bottom to top of crossbar.
