what do i use that will best match the powder?

Not tried it but how about a car chip touch up pen from Halfords?  They come in most colours.

Powder is quite thick so fill the chip first then paint it otherwise you will end up with a crater.

Halfords touch up pen or similar should do it or if you can get hold of a bit of powder mix it with some 2 pack activator for an almost spot on fix.

What code here hundreds of white bud, but white is good to touch up as if its slightly off you won't really notice it.
Car touch up pen will do fine go for a ford white.

Only thing you can do then is go to a car shop and ask them to try and match it, they should do you a rattlecan for around a £10 but fill the hole first with car filler, spray the paint into the lid leave it 5mins then use a touch up brush.
