The company started out as Air Uni. It became Ozone in 1987. The models they had were all the same geometry and size and the only difference were, one is made of cromoly tubing (Method 1), and the other is steel (method air). The company was based out of San Jose, California and ran by a guy named Alan Brown, who didn't know anything about BMX. The Company was going to make a Pete Brandt, Eric Emmerson and Craig Grasso Pro model frameset but they decided to become a clothing company instead.
