When building a Hutch?
« on: January 28, 2012, 06:00 PM »
Not aimed at anyone in particular but Hutch owners in general?

Why oh why has it become compulsory to take pics of all the parts laid out all neat and tidy before you build it up?

This seems to have been started by the yanks and now it's caught on here, i've even seen stuff in display cases ffs...  :idiot2:

Before and after resto pics are acceptable in fact encouraged but these 'money shots' are just getting annoying.... please stop....

It's gonna start creeping in on every build not just Hutch's...  :crazy2:

Discuss....  :D

2 minutes turkish...

By the way, that aint some fookin anti meat or vivisection shite.

Just always think shots of the bike parts laid out looks a bit like a dissected bike.

No....  :LolLolLolLol:

Nice effort Mark, but points have to be deducted for the bubble wrap and the parts aren't symmetrically laid out with all the Hutch logo's facing the same way...  :yahoo_silent:

It's an old pic,  it was there as lumps of metal on the floor I was cleaning up and it dawned on me how much £ it was worth. Frightening when you add it up.   :idiot2:

I first saw it when Maxlomax put his Hutch pics up and I thought it looked pretty cool so I done it too. A lot of work has gone into restoring some of those parts and once it's on the bike it would be easy to just scan the bike and say 'yeah, thats a really nice bike' (if that's your opinion). By taking separate shots you can see each component in detail and that may enhance your opinion of the finished bike. On the other hand, if it annoys the Fook out of you then you're gonna think it's shite anyway because it's put you in a bad frame of mind. ;D
