Araya Aero on a Torker Pro x
« on: January 27, 2012, 06:52 AM »
Will Araya Aeros look out of place on a Torker Pro x ? Im looking for some wheels for my build and these are easy to find, if not any suggestions?

Don't see why they would at all  ::)

Both items are race specific/orientated

and from the same era 83/84  :)

Dead easy to find , due to them being standard issue on many higher end MK2 Burners

Was a very cool rim when introduced  8) , not held in as high regard these days due to being just as common as 7X

Araya aeros are a better rim than 7x,loads stronger, not as light but will take a good pasting.

Get em on your build :daumenhoch:

They are a good as many modern rims,Alienation deviants are very similar :daumenhoch:

I used to have a set on my AP too  :)

Great rims - but as said, not as aesthetically pleasing as the 7x. do look racey though  :daumenhoch:

Really...??!! I do like them but for some reason they remind me of choppers!
It may be obvious & conventional but I really like the 7X.
7L is bloody nice too...!

I had quite a few pairs when I was younger the last pair I had I twisted the spokes together to make them super strong (I was only 17)   :uglystupid2: I wonder where they ended up   :2funny: I'm going to get some in gold I've made my mind up  :2funny:

You're welcome to come down and ride the arse off the Hutch anytime :daumenhoch:

It took a bit of a beating on the last London ride ;)
