Ultimate Hardware ???
« on: June 10, 2006, 06:23 PM »
Does anyone know anything about the brand ULTIMATE HARDWARE ?

Ive seen some really good looking cranks they make for only £60 on the net.
I want to get my local bike shop to get some for me (always get big discounts) but cant find any info on them.

I could really use their contact details/website/current distro info.

Much thanks

do u mean the "sherman cranks" by any chance?
never used them, but have been using an ultimate hardware freecoaster on and off for a while with no major probs,

LIke I said, I've had no MAJOR problems with the freecoaster. I've also an odyssey freecoaster, and have had no MAJOR problems with it either, but it's way heavier than my ultimate hardware version.
Are there any freecoasters out there which are 100% reliable for street when used hard?

But yeah, the stuff is cheap, and you do get what you pay for.

Yes it is the sherman cranks im after, they look really decent to me, very simililar to the current top end redline cranks.

Cyclesport is where I saw them, I think they're just retailers though, I suppose ill just ask them.
