Any idea what this is

So I get a shout from a mate at work saying his brother has a
Skyway ta

I thought result , then he turns up with this

Any ideas , the welds are quit nice
Aero top and down tube and aero forks

Some generic I reckon

it looks too be an akisu frame annd fork, but lack of triangle cut out in the rear drop out leaves me suspicious

Something very mid 80's MT Racing about the dropouts but not sure about the aero tubes, I'd be tempted to say generic Akisu or similar too  :daumenhoch:

It's akisu made, but it's been branded by quite a few different companies like a lot of the tange stuff was. So it's whichever one you find a pic of and like the idea of the most, or just akisu. It's probably a full cro mo frame set.
