Without a specific tool i just use a hammer and a piece of broomhandle or something similar from the other side. Rotate the taps around the cup to keep it square  :daumenhoch:
Sixteen thirty-two. What is that? A year?   No, it's your top score on Pole Position.

Have you got a socket set ?

if so put the extension piece through the BB shell  against the inside of the cup  and tap it  out  with a mallet .

or , like oldschoolace says , bit of dowel or something blunt will do just as well  :daumenhoch:

smear them with a bit of grease when you`re ready to put them back  :4_17_5:
With Bacofoil and a Battering Ram !

Just hit them hard, don't fanny about with them.

One build a year, the only way to get it right. No rushing involved.

Don't fanny about.
They need 'shocking' out so use a reasonably heavy metal hammer and blunt metal rod (socket set extension is a good idea), this will get them out.
Rubber mallet and wood won't touch it.

I've got a big flat head screwdriver with a knackered end, but a nice hard plastic handle, i use the handle against the cups so not to damage them and hit the flathead end, never failed for me yet

I tried a rubber mallet and a seatpost, I didn't wanna damage the frame or anything, I'll try something a bit stronger next time

Try sticking the frame indoors to warm it up then go to town. If its cold the bottom bracket may be a tight fit.
