Kid in a sweet shop

Have been given access to a shedload of cool machinery including a cnc miller, waterjet cutter, laser cutter and a 3d rapid prototyper type thing.      Racking my brain as to what bmx stuff i can make but i'm like a kid in a sweet shop and my mind is blank.

Thought about some pierced motomag keyrings as i have always loved em but i need to think bigger, any ideas guys?

Ha its funny that. The waterjet machine can go through 3 inches of steel and i was just thinking about my own seatclamp, should be pretty easy i would have thought. Not sure i want to get into the whole repro thing though

Incidentally the 3d printer can do 3 or 4 types of plastic, glass, aluminium, steel and silver and gold

Would love to but i'm a timber man most of the time, started using the cnc for complex contours etc and have now been offered access to a world of mans playthings 

I do have a design for a killer frame i did last year in 3d studio max though

  Nice toys..Keyrings,seatclamps & stems for sure,maybe even for us newschoolers too? Chain tensioners and aheadset topcaps maybe? Be real good if you could team up with an annodisers

Frame savers, where the axle sits and washers where the front  wheel sits to make a more secure fit so they dont drop out. Pegs, gizmo for gyro upper cables(use your own cable thing) ad990 brake adaptor for bikes with no bosses, just a few ideas.
