no, you need t measure the top tube length....this is measured from the center of the seat tube to the center of the head tube

Thats cool then cos if i keep it or sell it the size shouldnt be a problem.

I've got the same frame. Was told it was a Townsend but the rear dropouts and bend in tube don't match
This is how I set mine up but it's now on ebay. Only built as practice for a Street Beat resto

Looks like a nice bike mate. i sold mine bout 2 months ago built up with weinmann wheels and brake sett.
