Hi all, just popped in to say hello, like many was into bmxing in a big way when i was a nipper, am now 43 and keep remembering how cool the old scool stuff, so bit the bullet and bought my dream freestyle ride a 85 gt pro performer f+f in fiola yella. Lookin forward to collecting the parts for the build, would it be ok to come over to T1 on sat for a look and meet a few of ya? , simon.

Yes Simon!

Welcome aboard mate... you are more than welcome to come over to TRM1 on Saturday mate.

We have regular rider meets at the Boardroom in Leicester and at TRM1 in Melton ... just a bunch of old men on kids bikes getting aggro  >:D so you are in the 40something rider hotspot for sure  :)

See ya Saturday Simon  :daumenhoch:

Ed, that's ace mate :LolLolLolLol:

Simon, get sown to T1 and I'll lend you a bike to have a roll on mate, but you need to come along for a chat at the Boardroom on the 7th just to say hello as the ramps are a lot less daunting there, but the wildlife inside can get a bit rowdy :2funny:

Come and have a go on a few bikes and get a few ideas, maybe even help with sourcing parts you need. Oh, and you'll not feel as daft as you think when you see us lot acting like teeneagers all over again as well :daumenhoch:

Have a look in the members events section for the Boardroom nights - plenty of banter, plenty of bad riding, plenty of pictures to proove it and basically a great night out with a bunch of retards :crazy2:  :2funny:

Simon, you must have been the lad in the middle of the show & shine bikes who looked like a kid in a sweet shop mate ;-D

Sorry about PeterJ if you got stuck talking to him, most of us are relatively normal, he just makes up our "all inclusive" policy numbers and the Sunshine bus came and collected him on time which was a result....

If you fancy a blast on my bike at the Boardroom if yours isn't ready then just ask mate, no problem. Riding is even more adictive than the collecting of the parts in the first place once you get started!

Yeah that was me !, havent seen some of those bikes since i was 17 years old, i was in awe of that se trickmaster. I will come down to the boardroom on the 7th wether my gts ready or not. Thanks for the kind offers of bikes to ride, but the reality hit me at t1 that im never going to be able to ride freestyle like you guys, to many years of alcohol and pie abuse has taken its toll on my body, but will build a rider out of my gt to trundle about on and hopefully loose some weight in the process. Simon.

Mate the 7th outing will be my freestyle cherry popping session. I've NEVER ridden on the ramps before but I'm pretty excited about having a slow and unsteady wobble round..ohh and I don't even have a freestyle bike  :'( :'(

Don't worry Simon, we're all crap in the Boardroom and just have a good laugh, that was just Glen and a few other great riders ripping TRM1 up mate, not us lot. You'll be fine and there's plenty of advice to hand.

Here's the first bit of advice btw - don't go with Ed to the bogs, he'll end up touching you in places you shouldn't touch. He can't help it and he's having therapy for it since his last stint in the big house poor sod... ;-O

Bring your bike and we'll get it finished for you and you'll be riding the quarters before you know it bud ;-)

Simon - sorry didn't manage to get round to speaking with you last Saturday, will definitely manage to on the 7th and if you fancy a razz on a newschool bike for a bit you're very welcome

Agree with Spen about the not going to the bogs part, but would add that the bogs should just be avoided, full stop - they are like something out of trainspotting and I don't think Dave has used any of the improvement fund to change them for the better  ;D

::) as soon as a new guy appears you can always rely on the bitter ol'queens to start trying to mark their territory...

Its tough being the 'little one' in a mans world... and sometimes Spen will try and put others down to look the 'big man'... but we love and respect him for who he is... and he will always be affectionately known amongst us as... 'wasshisname that comes with Dordy'

While I have Photoshop & breath in my body then theres a world of opportunity on the internet  >:D

Ed you simply have too much time on your hands buddy. Get yourself a hobby, preferably one that involves social interaction with actual people and not just the voices in your head or that nasty beastiality porn you keep trying to show us all.

Cheers

Dordy's side-kick

Ps - if I were Simon right now I'd be getting worried about turning up to a dodgy old warehouse in the Liecester ghetto with bogs from Trainspotting that he might get bummed in by Big Bad Ed if he's not carefull and a piss soaked mattress of love outside where grown men try to re-live their youth by playing with kid's toys ;-O
