« on: December 09, 2011, 07:06 PM »
anyone know when the following rims were available in the 90's, they dont appear in the mail order scan thread (only rhynos appear) but i know they were available in the 90's just not what year they came out

dont want to use super pros on anymore builds so fancy building something different

sun chinook, hard anno, made in usa

sun big city with eyelets, chrome, designed in usa, made in taiwain

had a look on the museum but no real help

Can't remember from the top of my head about the Chinook's, the Sun BC's with eyelets - I *think* that was around 2001ish? Might be talking out me arse though.

levanters, mistrals and chinooks are all early 90's, I've seen them on bikes 92ish onwards.

kinda guessed the chinooks were early to mid 90's as mine have some titan flip flop hubs built into them, just wondered when they first appeared

as for the big city's if there around y2k then thats good as ive got a set of haro mega hubs i can build them into :daumenhoch:
