Tricky this - none of my choices made it through and I've gotta be honest, not one of these builds floats my boat so I'm out I'm certainly not voting for ridiculous money builds as they just seem to me personally to be missing the point of this hobby
Actually my votes were on John's Geese and Ash's Rippers as they were the bikes that got us into BMX as kids. Don't ever remember seeing Nat Pros BITD and the thought of not restoring the bits I can on my bikes I find offensive so if the ridiculous pink thing wins I'll be gutted.as it just says we should find the ost expensive parts we can and then get someone to build them into a bike for us - where's the passion and effort in that?Maximum effort goes to Rakkas but even I can't ride it (got in before Ed did!)I actually forgot about Carl's Robbo so that's getting my vote. For the record BMX for me is hobby that I can't waste thousands of pounds on and is about taking something old and unloved an making it rideable and looking good again. Then riding it and not hanging it on a wall.Rant over. Merry christmas planet earth!
That PK Ripper that Rakas did is simply THE best build ever made end of........I am new to collecting and bmx sites but I was directed to his thread recently and i read ever post in it. The craftsmanship, time and labour of love makes it the winner by a country mile. Genius. All the other bikes are nice but nothing that we haven't seen before. Just my two pennies worth.
come on lads, it's supposed to be a bit of fun
