bmx city will sell you a prolite 9t rear hub for £35, they are ok, double it, you get the full set of wheels, not the best, but a cracking deal.
An extra fiver gets you the same hubs on Sun big city lite camo rims (I have this wheel set) pretty good.
or buy a s/h rear for £30-40.
