Rini Enterprises.
« on: November 29, 2011, 08:36 PM »
I've bought a few items from Rini's now, and i've found them to be very resonable with their prices and delivery is fairly good also, but has anybody ever had to contact Virginia herself??

I've needed to email her twice now, the first time as I was unaware of how their billing system worked, the 2nd time was because i'd paid for an item and for whatever reason, my Paypal had sent the funds twice-within 10 seconds of each payment.

I have to say, Virginia Rini was quite rude both times, really cranky, a total contrast to Justin @ Porkchop.

Has anyone else experienced this with her, or is it just me? :daumenhoch:

Lol
Had the same thing.
I followed the protocol for ordering , then paid.
She had missed the payment and got back to me with a real rude shitty on.
I said you instructed me to make payment after I requested the total three times.
When I finally got the amount I made payment immediately .
That was three week ago, I have been expecting the stuff to arrive not been waiting for a threatening email telling me your putting the stuff back on the shelf.
The rudeness was something I haven't experienced before.

I said  "Hi Vriginia, hope you're well??", then I asked her if she would rather refund me or give me credit off my next order??

Apparently this doesn't go down too well with her. ???

I wanted a helmet peak, so I asked rockchick about the studs on a haro one, got ignored. Well good luck selling stuff if you're like that.

Maybe something else would go down far better. :daumenhoch:

My only problem with Ginny is that she doesn't sell those raw Streetbeat framesets for $50 anymore.  Should have bought a couple more to put away.   :uglystupid2:  :idiot2:
