i all makes good reading. first an event is thought of. then some one decides a date then every one is oh yer im going to be there. im going to do this. im going to do that. im going to beat you. your going to be following the dust on my tyres etc. then come the day. the reason not to race get posted on here.

come on guys lets complie an official list of reasons not to race. im sure fatt wickham can get the ball rolling. baloo its over to you.

...........because i'm scared of crashing and hurting myself. not being able to go to work, cant pay the mortgage, get repossed, miss's leaves me, i turn to drink and drugs, die from an overdose. or maybe its cause i might get beat.

That just got me laughing and thinking back, I'd race an M3 over a proper BMX track

I learnt by using a set of forks, a stem and a set of bars as balance and rode the unicycle. From a distance it looked like a bike until you started doing crazy tricks, was great fun and even used to ride over the old race tracks.
