BASSETT
« on: June 05, 2006, 05:44 PM »
Here we go, my NOS Bassett 24''. Part one of my set of 3 Bassetts. the two 20'' builds will follow in the coming months.
I have always loved Bassetts since my friend had one back in 84/85. Have been on the look out for many years just for
the off sighting and the chance of owning one, then I scored this NOS cruiser and got and early 'Swooper' F&f included
in the deal. I went to collect the two from Cali in March and thought things couldnt get any better until I got home and
Greg (Motomag) gave me a lead on the later straight top tubed Bassett 20'' - the frame I originaly wanted as it was the
same one my friend rode back in the day.

So there you have it, just as i said no more builds 3 come along in the space of 3 months. 3 builds I though I'd never
get the chance at, 3 builds that are my holy grails!

Downside is that something might have to go!

Enjoy
