Hello from Heywood
« on: November 22, 2011, 11:03 PM »
Hello there, bought my 7 year old lad a BMX for christmas, stashed at the mother in laws about 8 weeks ago !
Got me thinking about my old bike, an 83' GT PRO ! So i started looking up old school BMX on  the interweb.
WOW! "Where the fook have i been for the last 27 years"

Just a bit of schoolboy name-calling ( Thanks Baz and Tunner ), you know how it goes ! 1 or 2 old school friends
still call it me when i see em'. "My lips aren't made out of custard, HONEST"

Re: Custard lips see above !
About the GT Pro, it would be nice but don't seem to come up too often cos' as it
turns out mine was the 83' nora cup winning model. Cost £300 back then and i
sold it for £40. "What a DICK"
Anyway bought a 92' GT Interceptor the other week, not really what i wanted
but it'll do for now and to take my lad to the track after xmas.
Seem to have developed a liking for Redline and i'm really thinking about doing
a build. Black frame with chrome parts, what dya reckon ?
