Don,t know when they started doin rainbow labels,but interestingly,some are made in Japan,some have no country of origin

Maybe they changed where they were made at some point,Japan being earlier

They have to be fairly recent as the Re-issue comp 3's are essentially the same tyre but with different branding. I've always understood them to be a 90's tyre too

While we're on the subject - I also saw a re-issue set of yellow labels go for £65 on eBay a week or two back
