Only in black at the mo apparently
Sixteen thirty-two. What is that? A year?   No, it's your top score on Pole Position.

the owner of my LBS told me the other day that as from next year nylon/plastic mag wheels will not be legal for sale in the UK as the braking on them doesn't meet the latest standards

 :wtf:

Sorry, but they look like complete shit.

Hey Skyway - make a 2012 TA instead of fanny arsing around adding spokes to a wheel that at best will be OE on super low end bikes.

 :wtf:

I've got 24" Skyways with white DC blocks. In the dry you get deafened by the noise, in the wet you stop when it's dry!

And re make a few 24" TA's while your at it  :daumenhoch:
I might actually build a bike this year instead of just hoarding parts :)

Why dont they just update the Tuff wheel with a stronger bead for high pressure and an improved braking surface, knurled finnish maybe. 14m axle and a cassette hub and make it a small increase in price compared to the original ones not just plain double price increase.

Yes :P I know that but oh dam what a break through. They are not very common and thats why they are not being used by everyday stylers. I dont like the low pressure as well.

I have often wondered about the pressure thing. Has anyone ever seen/felt the supposed consequences of running regular tuffs at twice there recommended pressure?  ???

Yes and I run spokes at 110psi but I dont think tuffs as they stand could handel that. Do Skyway sponsor any top riders ?
I know tuffs and Spokes are a totally different ride but they could be up dated into this century. I love the look of Tuffs and If they were updated who knows "HP Tuffs"  and Im not talking Daddys sauce ha ha.

They're only $80 now, bet in about a year or two they'll only be £30 if they go the same way as normal skyways...
