Finally got my hands on this  big thanks 2 Spen69 and Jaymz 4 the collection and storage  will do better pics when its stripped of paint back 2 chrome. Its looking like an ikle Junior frame but with a massive standard back end

Going of what you have just done with Gaz's DP it might be easier cutting the whole seat tube out and replacing it
