Best way to set up the Pitbull is to sling it in the bin! Worst brake ever made, you'll get more response from an MX1000!

Another nice build, I would have said thats an 87 88 Master or Sport, can't see from the photo, is it twin top tube ? & its before the frames had brake lugs.

That's a HARO "Invert".... it looks like a "sport" but the platform haven't the same shape... it come out between 89 and 92... i'm not shure of the exact year... post it on VINTAGEBMX... some specialist will tell you.

bloke on vintage hasone and he reckons its a shredder but they had a fat bottom tube and came out alot later
yes its twin top tube going to a single tube same as the fsx fst and sport lol
but we all still none the wiser lol

Depending what it's made from, it's either an Invert (cro-mo maintubes) or a Shredder (cro-mo seat tube only). Both came out in 1989, but here are some pics from the 1990 catalogue (the 1989 pics don't show much, actually neither do these but at the mo it's the best I can do!)

Now the history bit:

In 1991 they were replaced by the Edge. In 1992 the Shredder returned as a Tri-moly version of the bashguard Sport and then in 1993, it all went wrong and a single top tube Shredder was offered with front suspension !

Brian P, yours might be made in 88 for the 89 model year, in the same way the 07 bikes are just about to come out now. On that basis, the one made in 90 might be one of the last made.

Haro's are known for changing slightly through their shelf life anyway, so maybe they only started punching tri-moly on it later.

In the 88 and 89 Haro catalogues, the Invert also had bolt in fork pegs but the shredder didn't.
