The Heavy Tools one's (for the majority, not all) were full 4130, the later Taiwanese one's are either all Hi-Ten steel or chromolly maintube/Hi-Ten the rest and sucked balls
I think the HT bikes were made by KHE (or had something to do with KHE).A bit like in the 80's Sony made "Crown" hifi equipment - covering both ends of the market.Good solid bikes in the 90's though.However putting plastic wheels on it, doesn't make it an "80's retro BMX".
