I kind of like it, but it's far too light to be strong in My eyes! The seatstay seatclamp area for example looks very weak.

Well if You like it, get it & try it out for Yourself  :daumenhoch: I think parts of it are pretty trick, I just can't help thinking of the Unknown Bike Co fiasco when I see frames that light!

Yeah - like the seatclamp and triple butted front end. Although I'm still set in my ways when it comes to any frame weighing less than a DK SOB ;)

I know its been said before, and i admit im 43 next month... but...

...nu School frames all look very similar. I know some old school frames did but there were lots of different shapes about.
Put a dozen nu school unbadged frames together and could you tell which is which?  ???

Is it just a case of evolution getting them to the perfect geometry and shape?

From what I can gather a lot of the sub 4lbs frames cracked, a lot of bull came out of the company about them, everybody turned on them & They went out of business. The bars & forks were ok though!

Yeah - it's only really the old geometry (TT/ rear triangle length) and the odd gusset plate that changes between 'em nowadays. It's nearly all about the weight now :)

Jim, have a look at some of the new frames about and they are lovely and all have subtle diferences.  Yes the geometry is more or less the same but this is because it has evolved into the correct one.

I think we all thought the same thing about new school bikes/frames but once you get into them i think they are works of art!

Just my opinion but I would stay well clear of the frame/brand due to the bb, euro bb's dont work unless there running outboard bearings such as saint, xt, dxr etc, an inboard bearing is just too small in a euro bb to withstand any abuse. and you wouldn't want to run any of the mentioned cranks for bmx on anything other than a race bike imo.
Its taken 30 odd years to give us the mid bb and it works, euro bb's have already been tried in bmx and failed. why dig it up again, i suspect  to get the weight down.

As soon as I saw it had a Euro bb and sub 4lb  , I immediately thought it was aimed at racing ,

But mentions street in the description  :-\,, trails maybe , but not upto street thrashin', well not with any good  rider aboard  :-\

Still,,nice looking run o' the mill frame  though ,

I just think they've thought

" Lets make a light as  fook frame "

"and errrrr  It'll sell like hell  :4_17_5: Yeah that's it  :D"
