Raleigh Shoppers used to ship with the toolkit.
Perhaps this seat wasn't destined for a BMX?

I still use my "bike spanner" from time to time.

The only photo I have ( no close ups ) but the tool kit tags ? Are on the lightning bolt  . So were they for little tool kit's  ??? I never had one or seen anyone with one .

Taihei were making seats long before BMX took off.  I guess the tabs are just a reminder that these seats were originally intended for road bikes - just like Kashimax...
